Knorr Fix Sauerbraten für 4 Portionen - für einen saftigen Sauerbraten - ganz ohne einlegen - Ohne geschmacksverstärkende Zusatzstoffe und ohne Farbstoffe - schnelle und einfache Zubereitung
Ganz ohne einlegen! Die Knorr Fix Würzmischung ohne Zusatzstoffe ist eine perfekt aufeinander abgestimmte Gewürzmischung. Damit gelingt ein saftiger Sauerbraten in einer Sauce aus Tomaten, Sellerie und Lorbeerblättern – einfach ein beliebtes Fleischgericht. Zubereitung für: 500 g Rindfleisch (z.B. aus der Keule) 1) Fleisch in etwas heißem Öl rundherum anbraten. 2) 500 ml Wasser zugießen, aufkochen und Beutelinhalt einrühren. 3) Zugedeckt bei schwacher Hitze ca. 1,5 Stunden schmoren. Fleisch nach der Hälfte der Garzeit wenden. Fleisch in Scheiben schneiden und kurz in der Sauce ziehen lassen.
