Kölln - Echte kernige - Oat Flakes

Real Kölln Kernige came onto the market in 1954 and since then have been the “spicy” alternative to our “flowering varieties”. They are rolled from particularly large, whole oat kernels into large and firmer oat flakes, making them a real whole grain product. Real Kölln Kernige are rich in fiber and contain:

Vegetable protein
Magnesium
Iron
Zinc

Echte Kölln Kernige are always in demand in recipes when it comes to “spicy” enjoyment: They taste classic in muesli with fresh fruit or dried fruits as well as nuts or seeds, in sprinkles on cakes or in crunchy cookies and are impressive as a sprinkle when baking Bread and buns.
