Preparation: For 250 ml of sauce, bring approx. 3 level tablespoons (18 g) of 1) liquid (e.g. broth or refilled roasting grounds) to the boil. 2) Stir in Mondamin dark sauce thickener and cook for 1 minute. 3) Thicken as desired, bringing the sauce to the boil again. 4) Season and refine according to taste.
