Easy to Prepare
Beetroot is harvested from September to March and can be stored for a long time in a dark, cool place. Before using in delicious recipes, the root should be boiled in salted water for 30-40 minutes. Afterward, the skin can be removed with a knife. Always use disposable gloves, as beetroot juice can stain. If any stains occur, lemon juice helps remove them.
