Preparation instructions: Add fresh 600 g potatoes, 3 tablespoons cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) or cooking cream and 50 g grated cheese (16% fat), e.g. Emmental
Preparation:
1) Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Stir contents of bag and cooking cream into 350 ml of cold water.
2) Add potato slices, bring to the boil while stirring and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
3) Place in a shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C (convection oven: 175C) for 30 - 40 minutes until golden. We recommend this dish as a side dish or with a large portion of vegetables as a main course.
