Müller´s Mühle Perlgraupen sind ein beliebter Klassiker für Sie und Ihre Familie.

Ob in einer klassischen Graupensuppe oder in einer leichten Veggie-Variante, in Salaten oder als Risotto sind Perlgraupen immer köstlich.

Einen Teil Müller´s Mühle Perlgraupen und 2 Teile leicht gesalzenes Wasser in einem Topf zum Kochen bringen und die Perlgraupen ca. 30 Minuten kochen. Anschließend über einem Sieb abgießen und mit kaltem Wasser abspülen, um die Stärke zu entfernen. So werden die Perlgraupen schön körnig.
